I'd like to report this bug.

I wanted to tp back to pokecenter, so i logged out during a fight

 

See what happened at my first log in!

At my second, it was back in order!

But maybe it can help you

Thank you for reporting this. 

Currently, the server connection issues are a higher priority, so this may not be fixed immediately. However, a simple relog should fix this.
