A final update, I have spoken with Eaty.

 

As it is not possible to verify the loss of the item on our side, and there is no evidence to confirm from your side, we cannot refund your Choice Specs to you. I understand that this outcome is likely disappointing and frustrating for you, I can only apologise that it is not possible to do more.
