Apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately your request will have to be denied since we've announced multiple times in the PRO discord that the servers are unstable and that doing some activities, specifically bosses or pvp, is at your own risks. Furthermore, it would be unfair to those who didn't see their cooldowns refunded for similar issues. 

 

I'm sorry that we can't be of more help, though you might be unhappy about this decision please try to understand.
