I went in Veilstone in the Casino checkt my Points at the Exchanger.They was 20 Points left.

 

I went up to buy 50 Points but dont recieve them after the 250k was gone.

 

Still after 2 Rlgs nothing.

Maybe the Sinnoh Casino is bugged?

I've received an answer from a content scripter:
You need to play Quack Jack to try to win casino coins, and in order to play Quack Jack you need to spend the Casino Chips that you bought for 250k.
Although, the dialogue for the chip seller was wrong. It has been fixed now.
