Can't login to silver server after merge then transfer

I merged my account from red and blue server then transferred from gold server to silver server. After transferring and resetting my password the game just says "connection lost" when trying to log into silver. The game does let me log into silver if I am using a vpn but I would like to be able to login without using a vpn. Any help would be much appreciated!

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing some server issues on the connectivity side, so you might need to press the login button multiple times.  You can try to connect directly by pressing the F2 key to open the console and write : "connect 92.119.158.4 800" (92.119.158.4 801 for Gold) and then press the enter key. You can also use the VPN option as a temporary fix as mentioned, even though it's not super optimal. 

 

Be sure to always check in the PRO discord for announcements since it could be possible that a server crashed or that an official maintenance was on-going.
