Good afternoon, I hereby come to report a problem I am having. When I was fighting the Karate Master at Mt. Silver to win expert belt I went under the game. I spoke to a moderator of discord who indicated that I would have to wait 2 hours but this has already happened more than 12 hours and I still keep with the same problem. And Karate Master says ''Come back tomorrow. I need to finish my training for today''.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
The Karate Master at Mt. Silver has a 24 hour cooldown and not 2 hours. The 2 hours only apply for the Team Rocket NPCs.
I hope this clarified everything.
