I saw the other post but the link the the resolved kept saying blocked, i bought the shiny ninetails mount and saw it in my bag under customizations and while trying to figure out what to do with it i think i dropped it out of any boxes (I.E on the ground, hopefully you cant drop mounts you buy!) i have checked my played card and all in my bag and cant find it.

My apologies for the inconvenience. It's indeed not possible to just drop mounts and lose them forever, which also applies to any item in the game. It seems like your shiny ninetales mount is being hold on your Hoothoot, in your party. Can you check to see if it's there ?

It was! So sorry for being dumb, I was on my phone and must of fat finger it onto hoothoot, I have it and currently am riding, thank you!
