Cant get Silph Scope and I cant progress farther in the Kanto story please help

Once I beat Giovanni in the team rocket hideout in Celadon City, I had grabbed the Silph Scope so I could progress to Lavender Town but once I had grabbed it my game lagged out. Once I had logged back in the Silph Scope was gone from my inventory and it was no longer there for me to pick up. So I left to see if I could get it again. Now I cannot enter the team rocket hideout again to get it.

My apologies for the inconvenience. From my side it looks like you already have the Silph Scope in your inventory, can you try to proceed to Lavender town to see if you can continue the story? Please keep in mind that you can only bump your post after 24 hours without getting a response.
