Feebas not spawning in John Safari Wet Zone

For much of the current event, I have been hunting Feebas in the Johto Safari Wet Zone.

After 7+ hours without seeing a single one I started asking around... NO ONE has seen one.

Chatting with others in the Zone now... Feebas is NOT spawning for ANYONE in the Johto Safari Wet Zone.  It's not just 'my bad luck'.  -  If you have logs/stats recorded, please check is anyone has encountered one in the past 48 hrs.

I have now WASTED 7+hours on this hunt to only now realize it was been futile.

Please note: Staryu is also not spawning for anyone.... while Totodile is.  Staryu should be more common.  Thus I am 99.999% certain something is wrong with the spawns.

Thank you for taking time to make this report. There were several Feebas caught in that timeframe on both servers.

In Johto Safari Wet Zone, Feebas is the highest tiered Pokémon in the water, at tier 8. Not only that, but there are three tier 1 spawns and two tier 2 spawns. These spawns, and the rest of them, can make Feebas extremely rare.

Although it may feel like you never encounter them, there is no bug with the spawns.
