Lost roughly 0.2-0.3% ivs during the world quest (fletchling) when server crashed, hopefully they are added back to my total or i get a ticket for the missed ivs. Thanks for your time

I actually got back up to 0.5% , but it wasted another hour which was annoying. Although, problem solved...

 

I delivered my pokémon to the npc, but the server went down, i went back to mossdeep and when i went back lilycove, my pokes dont returnm nor did i count the ivs on the npc, what can you tell me about that?

My sincerest apologies for the delay and the inconvenience. Fortunately you were able to get back to 0.5%, but keep in mind that next time if a similar issue arises with the WQ you may make a post regarding your lost percentage even if you are not at 0.5% currently because of the rollback. As long as you had submitted enough to reach 0.5%, even if part of it was lost, we will be able to investigate this and give you a mystery ticket if you had given enough.
