I delivered my pokémon to the npc, but the server went down, i went back to mossdeep and when i went back lilycove, my pokes dont returnm nor did i count the ivs on the npc, what can you tell me about that?

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay. Unfortunately this issue was done because of a crash and you've lost part of the IV's you submitted. By checking through our tools it looks like you've only submitted 764 IV's in total and 783 iv's was the minimum required to reach 0.5% on Silver. Considering this you cannot be given a mysterious ticket since you didn't contribute enough to reach the desired percentage. 

 

Once again I'm deeply sorry, but there is nothing we can do in this case.
