Dear Support Team

 

I have downloaded the game client for Windows using the Mediafire platform and everything is fine with this process; but when I unzip the file, it apparently gives an error, however the folder with all the files is created, but PROclient_86.exe DOES NOT APPEAR; what's going on? How can i solve this problem?

Hi there @Akheron

 

My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Do you perhaps have an anti-virus software that could potentially delete some of the files from the PRO folder ? If so try the following

 

1. Add an exclusion or disable entirely your anti-virus. 

2. Re-download the game using this link

3. Re-extract the game
