Akheron Posted March 10, 2021 Share Posted March 10, 2021 Dear Support Team I have downloaded the game client for Windows using the Mediafire platform and everything is fine with this process; but when I unzip the file, it apparently gives an error, however the folder with all the files is created, but PROclient_86.exe DOES NOT APPEAR; what's going on? How can i solve this problem? Do you perhaps have an anti-virus software that could potentially delete some of the files from the PRO folder ? If so try the following : 1. Add an exclusion or disable entirely your anti-virus. 2. Re-download the game using this link 3. Re-extract the game Let me know if that works. Have a splendid day!
