I cant find professor Rowan at the canalave city library in sinnoh to get the quest to be able to get past alvin at entrance to sunyshore city in lake valor. I beat the canalave city gym ages ago and I probably already talked to him but last time I played properly was at least more than a year and a half ago so thats why its probably bugged. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for the response. I am at Lake Acuity and Barry is not here. I believe I may have done the necessary quests before, however perhaps its simply been too long and maybe something bugged? I'm not sure to be honest, but yeah Barry is not here, nor did I get any quest prompt.

It appears you are yet to defeat Giratina in the Distortion World. If you are unsure how to reach there, this guide will help you.

As for how to defeat Giratina, there are two popular methods. You can use strong Pokémon that know Sucker Punch to outpace and strike Giratina or use any Pokémon that has the Sturdy ability and use the move Toxic, such as Geodude or Onix, to whittle away at Giratina's health.

Oh right I could've sworn I had finished that, thanks for that I will finish it and let you know if the issue persists.
