My sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Your Granbull was sent back to your PC and you should be able to freely move the pokemons in your party. Can you please confirm this ?

Glad to know it worked. Your Granbull is currently locked in your PC because you've rejoined a new region and the pokemon originates from Kanto. All your pokemons from the past region will be locked when you join a new region. Once you beat the last gym of that region, your pokemon will be unlocked. It's also why you weren't able to move it out of your party, since it was considered as locked.
