I just recovered my old account from 2016 because I wanted to start playing again. Upon logging in, I saw I had 2 hours played on the old red server. I did an account merge to the silver server and was able to login.

 

Upon logging in, I realized I had no Pokemon. I searched around on the forums, and asked in the discord, and found out that the red server was wiped and all data was lost if you had less than 10 hours played.

 

My account currently has 120 coins on it. If possible, I would like an account reset so I can keep these 120 coins, as well as my current username. Hopefully this is possible because I want to buy a mount with these coins. Hopefully someone can help me out here.

 

Update: I went back to professor oak's office to see if I could talk to him and maybe get another starter, but now I cant even leave his lab. Every time I try to leave, he says "wait, one last thing before you go" and then when I try to talk to him, I cant. Not sure what to do at this point.
