Sailor Jon colors are dimmed

When speaking to Sailor Jon in Vermilion city port, the options are a dim grey instead of the usual bright white.

Thank you for reporting the issue, I would like to inform you that the greyed parts are indeed intended. They are there to show the available locations where you can travel and those where you cannot yet, since you haven't completed those regions. Once you become the champion of the region the text will turn to white.
