While fighting the boss chuck which i was about to defeat the server crashed and i got no rewards and even got a cooldown................this has happened to me 2-3 times this time i want to report this thing and please compensate by finishing the chuck boss cooldown or providing the desired reward please please look into this matter

Unfortunately, we will have to deny your request.

We have said multiple times the servers are having connection issues. We have warned to not do anything that could be lost to a crash. So we cannot reset your boss cooldown or give you the rewards.

In addition to that, it would be unfair to previous users who were denied such requests.

Though this may not be the answer you were hoping for, we cannot assist you further. Please try to understand.
