Hello, I have been trying to dig out items from the dig patches but all it says is "nothing happened", this has never happened before, is there a new update I'm not aware about, or is this a bug that's not allowing me to dig items out.

Dig Spots, Excavations, and Headbutts are currently disabled, as you can see in the image below.
