I challenged entei guardian and made 3 consecutive wins but it didn't reward me with entei.. It only let me pick among charmander bulbasaur tepig chimchar.. Is there a solution to this problem?  I can't wait 1 more month until I get the chance to give it again.. I had done entei quest and had lava bell on me.. Please help me! 

Hello @silverofx. Apologies for the late response.

 

In order to have a guaranteed chance of spawning Entei, you must defeat the Entei Guardian 3 times after you've obtained the Lava Bell.

Was this the third time you defeated the Entei Guardian after obtaining the Lava Bell?
