Hi, i was recently fighting morty for the banetteite, i suddenly disconnect out of a sudden and when i relog i cant fight morty until 14 days. Am i granted to a another run? Not too sure if its a server crash or my wifi problems

Hello @Eri. Apologies for the inconvenience.

 

Unfortunately, you will have to wait for the cooldown to finish. We cannot reset the cooldown for you. Doing so would be unfair to previous users who were denied. Furthermore, it has been announced several times that the servers are experiencing connection issues and that we do not recommend doing anything that can be lost to a crash.

Though this may be a disappointing response, please try to understand.
