So I have jumped there the hoops of getting a pokemon to lvl 100 do the farmers quest to get a miltank and a ralts lvled it and evolved and now wally keeps telling me I can have only one gardevoir in my party. And that's it..

I enjoy the game and have spent money on it but if I cant mega I doubt I'll be playing much longer...

 

So apparently you dont even need to talk to wally that's just to throw you off? Just went back and now he tells me to go to the next part in the quest?

Apologies for the inconvenience. By looking at your current progress it seems that you're at the step where you need to beat wally with only a Gardevoir that you've caught (Would strongly recommend to make it level 100. This is why he keeps mentioning that you must "only have one Gardevoir in your team", it must be the only pokemon in your party. I would recommend looking at the staff guide for the first wave if you're lost in what you need to do or where you need to go to proceed in the quest.
