My apologies for the inconvenience. You should be unstuck now, can you please verify in-game ? Otherwise please let me know when you can come in-game, I'd like to try something. For future reference flease be careful next time to not do multiple threads for the same issue.

Could you perhaps try to uninstall completely (remove all your past files) and try to re-download

If that doesn't work, could you try with a VPN such as windscribe

 

Let me know if any of these options fixed the issue.

Can you check if Vsync is active ? (If so, try to deactivate it) or try opening the console and type "clean reg" and press enter ? Keep in mind that this will reset your in-game settings

Hi bro. I'm sad because I tried the game in other device and all is fine. So my phone is bad 😞 is a Huawei p8 lite , but it accomplish all requirement for play the game. And I see other guy post the same problem in discord , he have a Huawei p20 then the problem is with huawei. Can staff fix it in the next client update ?
