I have dig and i try to use it on diggable patches and nothing happens... Literally

So I have dig on my graveler and his happiness is way above than it needs to use it outside of battle and I can use dig to get through mt moon and rock tunnel but it says "nothing happens" when i try to use it on the diggable patches. Is there something im missing or is graveler incompatible with this?

Dig spots, Excavations, and Heabuttable trees are currently disabled. They were disabled because they were causing some server crashes. Take a look at the picture below for a more detailed explanation. 

All three will return when there is a more stable server, until then, we ask for your patience and understanding.
