Help with mega medicham stone bug

So i do all the things needed to catch medicham stone and npc brawly dont talk to me.

 

After the scammer goes way  i talked with brwaly then i catched a meditite jolly i put him with full happiness and when i came back  the npc dont talk to me and i cant fight mega medicham.

 

I think that can be a bug.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
You have to evolve your Meditite as well in order to fight the Mega Medicham.

Your Medicham might miss a requirement. The NPC should give you a hint what is missung.
