Unfortunately as stated in this thread, there are things that we cannot return in the advent of crashes : Spoiler Since your pokemon was not stored in the database yet, it is impossible for us to restore it. Furthermore it would seem unfair to the users who had similar issues in the past and we're not refunded. Although this response might disappoint you, please try to understand.
