Losing money when server crashes

Featured Replies

Am i the only one to lose money when the server crashes ? its annoying and i already lost more than 20k

Edited by Apochips

Hello @Apochips. Apologies for the late response.

Can you tell me if you lose money on every server crash? Or if it happens under specific circumstances? If it is the latter, can you share the circumstances?

Furthermore, can you share what you were doing at the time of the crashes?

Remember that losing to an NPC Trainer or a wild Pokémon will cause you to lose 5% of your total money, which caps off at 50k.

We need as many details as possible to fully understand your situation and properly address it

Hello @Epithet, thanks for the response. I was loosing money every time i was fighting a NPC or a wild Pokemon. Like you said it was 5% of my money. And i fell like the money loss system against NPC or Pokemons is fixed in case of a server crash, i do not encounter this problem anymore because server is way more stable right now.
