Hey there!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Could it be because you had a black out? You will lose 5% of your money after your character lost a battle or you surrendered. The money is however capped at 50k.

i actually surrendered a few times in a gym battle .

but i lost 500k 

could u pls check?

50k is still fine but 500k is too much :(

i am not even feelin like playing now.

i wouldnt have purchased using real money if i had known :(

You lost 500k money because you surrendered so many times until you reached that amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you the money back as this is a mechanic from the original games.
Furthermore, it would be unfair towards other players who had a similar situation, if we restore your money and not theirs.

a fellow mate told me it we don lose money if we surrender 😞

As I mentioned before you will always lose 5% of your total money. 50k is the maximum you can lose after you surrendered or got defeated.
Your mate might not know about this mechanic.
