I have collected all the crystal shard but when i contact with carbin there is no option for crystal shard, is there any bug, pls fix it

The Carbink will only take Breezy Crystal Shards, which are the pink ones. 

You can get these shards by using Rock Smash or by using a Pick Axe on the crystals inside Breezy Cave. These crystals reset every 3 days, similar to Dig Spots.

Do you know what the use is for the blue,red and green crystal shards?

My apologies for the late response. Your thread was lost amongst the others.

 

The use of those crystals was to change the form of Diancie into one of the several Easter forms. They could also be made to make special Pokeballs inside the Jeweler's house in Breezy Town.
