I have both gracidea flower and micle berry as well as talked to the old lady in suzuka town and beaten two of the kimono girls already. I don't know why this one is different. Indeed, it might be possible that there was a rollback if the server crashed a bit after you fought these NPCs. Did speaking with the grandma fix the issue ?
