There is this kimono girl in the picture that won't let me fights.

I have both gracidea flower and micle berry as well as talked to the old lady in suzuka town and beaten two of the kimono girls already.

I don't know why this one is different.

Apologies for the inconvenience. According to your variables you haven't fought any of the Kimono girls yet. Could perhaps you try to interact with the old lady in front of the temple in suzuka town again ?

Indeed, it might be possible that there was a rollback if the server crashed a bit after you fought these NPCs. Did speaking with the grandma fix the issue ?
