Rnvd99 Posted April 24, 2021 Share Posted April 24, 2021 you hv to find latios in 10 spots in hoenn then latias again. then you can catch it. its given in the prowiki page in jirachi quest. jirachi can be caught without doing it which is what happened in your case.
