After completing the Mega Swampert quest, I came back to the Cursed Keystone Grotto, got the Mega-Stone but it didn't give any of my pokemons back.

What am I supposed to do?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Can you try interacting with the mantine as shown in the picture below ? Your pokemons should be back in your PC.
