Hello guys i just started to play again (didnt played again since 2016) and the OT of my pokemon DISSEAPEARED please help me to get it back

I tought it could fix the issue talking to this guy but ven when i talk to him it keep saying that

Apologies for the inconvenience and the delay. The current pokemon does not have any OT because it met certain conditions that cannot be revealed to avoid a possible abuse of it. You should still be able to use it without any problem, since it is still a regular Ampharos. There is unfortunately nothing we can do about the missing OT.

Hi, thanks for your answer but the problem is that i maxed him for doing the Mega Bracelet quest :S And the npc don't allow me to do it with my Ampharos if you do something about it, it will be nice
