I completed the daily quest at Task Master in Celadon house. I captured a magnemite as asked. Valuated tier 4 I had 4 options to choose from. I selected the item 'protector'. Then the Silver server crashed. I have no protector in my bag and the wife who is supposed to let me choose the item is bugged and does not let me get any prize. Please help.

Unfortunately, there is no assistance we can provide you with.

Your issue was most likely caused by a rollback after the server crash. Regrettably, we cannot compensate what is lost a rollback. Not only would it take extremely long to compensate each player, but there is no way to verify they are telling the truth. Furthermore, it would be unfair to previous players who experienced the same issues and were not compensated. For more information regarding rollbacks, read this thread.

You will be able to continue doing the the daily tasks when the cooldown has finished.
