Hello guys i got disconnected during the Kyurem quest to get the reroll ticket, you can check chats logs i had one Exadrill and one Sharpedo alive it was a 100% win on the first try ;( 

I'm so so sad guys, can you please be nice and give me my reroll ticket ? I would really really much appreciat it

Unfortunately, we cannot compensate you with a Reroll Ticket. This is largely because we cannot verify if the disconnect was game-sided or user-sided. There is also no way for us to confirm if you would have won the battle or not. We simply cannot take your word for it. Furthermore, it would be unfair to previous players who were also denied.

I apologize for not being able to help you further, but there is no action we can take. Though this may be disappointing to see, please try to understand.
