Its on lvl 60, I wasted candy after candy and it does not evolve, I also relogged

Could you try using a Mysterious Candy, which can be purchased in any Department Store, or a PvE or a PvP Coin Exchanger NPC?

Sorry, already evolved with a normal level up. Idk if that works with the candy
