Hi, this is my 3rd time trying to change from Gold to Silver server. It appears to have worked on the dashboard but when I get in game it does not. It still lets me log in to the gold server. Can anybody help me with this? My username is : mathusank

Hello @mathusank. Apologies for the late response.

 

Being able to login to the opposite server is normal. This is because you have 1 character on each server, per account.

Can you tell me what happens when you log into the Silver server? Is your progress now on Silver or on Gold?
