Hi

I was unable to caught suicune because of crash but afterwards I defeated Nikola boss but suicune didn't spawn at Lake of rage.

It seems like you need to battle the boss until Suicune appears again. There is a 1/6 chance to encounter it in the first two wins and 100% in the third win.
