I was doing kyurem quest, just to get iv reroll but for getting iv reroll we must beat kyurem at first time so i was battling kyurem but sadly server crashed and i lost the battle and iv reroll i dont know what to do next i really didn't lost the battle: (

Yeah, it can feel unfair that we lost a reward because of something beyond our control, this is the same as when server crash while you're in the middle of a battle in BCC, you basically lose your 25k pokedollar for the day

 

Hopefully there's a solution to this one day
