Hi I can't start quest for mega swampert stone. I think I have every requiremets to start it. Is any chance to just reset this quest for my account? Or am I doing somethink wrong?

It looks like you are missing the Mega Bracelet.

In order to begin any Mega stone quest, you must first acquire the Mega Bracelet. Here you can find a guide to obtain the Mega Bracelet.
