Hi my game crashed while fighting sinnoh quest npc Charon and now i cant find these npcs and cant go sinnoh what can i do? is there have cooldown or im stuck?

You should be able to fight Charon again simply by walking back to route 103 (North of Odale town). Can you perhaps try to return there and let me know if that works ?
