What does the line 1 refer to when it says 7 days for cooldown?

Hello @BoomBaby.

 

The text means it will take 7 real days for the player to be able to challenge NPC trainers again. This includes gym trainers, but not gym leaders.

However, there are some special cases where NPC trainers have a shorter cooldown. As such, the appropriate cooldown will be displayed on the Wiki page.
