Hello @Shiaura. 

 

The item Unknown Hat is not an accessory, so it will not be found in the Customizations tab.

Instead, it will be found in the Misc tab. Alternatively, you can search for the item itself by typing the item name in the search bar.

You currently have x1 Unknown Hat in your inventory, so we will have to deny your request for one.

If you have anymore questions or if you would like further clarification, please let me know.

Our database shows you have an Unknown Hat in your inventory. Can you post a screenshot of you searching for the item and it not being there?

My apologies.

The Unknown Hat is not supposed to be visible in the inventory. But rest assured, your account has it. 

You should be able to proceed with the quest normally. If you have problems with the quest, feel free to make another post and we will assist you.
