Heatran quest bug - rc and master balls gone

Hi,

 

i finished the heatran quest and caught it. I walked back to pc in survival, than I had a dc. 
 

after re-login I was back by heatran and got this message „see photo“ 

 

my rc and my master balls are gone. Talking to the guy didn’t help , he tell me to calm down heatran. 
 
re-re-login didn’t helped
