Pokemon Revolution Online Mobile Phone (Android) can't log in with LTE data but Wi-Fi play possible, so please solve this problem.

As for the present issue, unfortunately PRO doesn't have any IPV6 support and this is why you are experiencing the issue with mobile data. You can try using a VPN such as https://windscribe.com/ to fix the problem, if it doesn't resolve the issue please try to use another VPN when using mobile data.
