As for the present issue, unfortunately PRO doesn't have any IPV6 support and this is why you are experiencing the issue with mobile data. You can try using a VPN such as https://windscribe.com/ to fix the problem, if it doesn't resolve the issue please try to use another VPN when using mobile data.
