Sir, im bharathmax whn I try to pvp my gold I'd hangs so I transfered it to silver so that my siver I'd will come to gold and can pvp in it but now my silver id is proper but gold still hangs.I asked my friends tgey saying they don't have issue like that.my alt is working good in both silver,gold pls login and check why its lagging in gold

Hi there @bharathmax. Apologies for the delay and the inconvenience.

 

It's highly possible that you might have experienced temporary lag either due to server issues happening or on your side, since you seem to be the only one experiencing it. If your alt account is fine then so should be your main account, as there is no difference in the connection used by those two if you are using the same device/network for both accounts.

 

I would recommend trying to use an Ethernet cable if possible since Wi-fi tends to be more unstable, otherwise try bringing it up to your internet provider. Deleting all your current PRO files and re-downloading the client from here could also help to fix the issue. Alternatively, if possible, try to reduce the amount of applications using your internet. This could clog the bandwith and cause internet issues.

I transfer my acc to silver now gold id hangs and my main in silver now it dont have any issue

If your friend is experiencing issues on silver and you're not, it's most likely that the issue comes from his device/network. Lag is not something that follows a character even when transferring servers, but is based on the device/network used. As I mentioned it's possible that you either experienced a temporary lag from Gold or that your issue is based on your side.

 

Can you give more details what this lag is? What happens when it lags (Is it frame drop, do you get disconnected, etc)

Yeah it will be stuck without moving for some seconds and suddenly disconnects pls login and check 

 

As I said lag is mostly related to your device or network, not to a single character. If you're experiencing lag issues on silver it's possible that you will experience them on gold too. Can you share more information regarding on the lag you experience ? 

• On which device does it happen (Android, PC, Both?) 
• Does your friend use the same device as you or a similar one ? 
• Can you share a video of the issue happening ? 
• Have you tried re-installing the client here ?
