I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have no power on this issue as it's the issue from your side and internet provider. Please check on this site if you have IPv4 supported. You may contact your internet provider and see if they could add a IPv4 support. Currently you can only connect to PRO with a IPv4 support as IPv6 is not supported yet. And there won't be any ETA when PRO will support IPv6 only.
