Hello everybody!

I've sent to 2 friends of mine mounts -Shiny Arcanine and Umbreon-. I'm in Hoenn and they are in Kanto, so I used the mailbox. Since I did'nt they haven't got the 4th badge, I did'nt know they couldn't receive the mail. However, once they get the badge, their mailboxes were empty... I did not make mistakes on their name or whatever... Can someone help me please?

Hello @Namouchka

 

You mailed x1 S Arcanine Mount and x1 Umbroen Mount to the user Pop. However, said user does not have the 4th badge required to use mailboxes, thus they cannot claim the items.

Is this the person you intended to send the mounts to?
