Can't roll back to my Celebi's previous ivs

Okay.. I tried the legendary roll back function. As you can see it didn't work. As far as I can recall the previous ivs has 10 spd and 10 spatk and pretty good bulk. Any idea why I can't roll back ?

We have checked your reroll logs and unfortunately it was empty.
We have no way to check the reroll logs before it was added to the live servers.
